Itinerary of Events   


Friday, April 19th:
Welcome Party Happy Hour
In lieu of a formal rehearsal dinner, we will be inviting everyone to join us for drinks and appetizers at The Beach Bar in downtown Cruz Bay. As it's name implies, the tables and chairs are located right on the beach! 
Where: Wharfside Village, Cruz Bay
When: 5-7pm
Dress Code: Beach Casual, shorts, sundresses OK
How Do I Get There?: The Beach Bar is located about 100 yards down the beach from the ferry dock in Cruz Bay. Don't be fooled by the new copycat bar near the dock!! Walk the beach or follow the sidewalk through Wharfside Village to get to us.

Saturday, April 20th:
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Where: Villa Kalorama
When: 
     Ceremony: 4pm - 4:30pm
     Cocktail Hour & Reception: 4:30pm - The well runs dry
Dress Code: Beach Dressy. Hawaiian print shirts and/or jorts, not OK. ever.
How Do I Get There?: We will be providing a shuttle for guests from 2 locations, Coconut Coast and downtown Cruz Bay. Shuttle pick-up times have not yet been finalized however this information will be provided to everyone at the Welcome Party.

The rest of your time on St John is exactly that, your time, to do whatever your heart desires. We will have some activities planned that all are welcome to join us for but are not official wedding events.

Sunday, April 21st: Optional Events
Sunday Brunch:
Where: Spyglass Restaurant in Cruz Bay

Dinghy Rental:
After brunch we will be renting dinghy's to beach-hop around the island. This is a great way to explore the island, access hidden beaches for a picnic lunch and snorkel some of the best coral reefs in the VI's. 
Cost: 1/2 day rental (1 - 5pm) $95+$35 gas = $130 total
Room for 4-5 passengers = $26 per person

Monday April 22nd:
British Virgin Islands Tour - If you do one excursion while on this trip, we would definitely recommend joining us for this day of fun!

All total the tour should cost approx $200 total. WORTH EVERY PENNY!  

We will be chartering the speed boat, New Horizons II, to take us on a tour of the BVI's. Breakfast and unlimited drinks on the boat are included (beer, rum punch and Painkillers!). Stops on the tour will include The Baths on Virgin Gorda, snorkeling around reefs at various islands, lunch at the original Pusser's on Marina Cay, followed by an afternoon at The Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke. 

Price: $138 per person + $30 customs fee (cash) + Lunch at Pussers & drinks on Soggy Dollar

If you would like to join us for this tour please let Jessica know ASAP so she can add your name to the list. You will not pay until you board the boat, credit cards accepted, however you must pay $30 customs fee in cash.

  1. The BVI excursion is an excursion not be to missed. It is money well spent. Every time we are in the USVI, we do the BVI excursion. See you there! Cheers, Earnie and Kaye
